We are seeking a friendly and efficient all-rounder to join our guest house team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, and preparing breakfast for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas
- Prepare breakfast for guests (training will be provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
- Perform other duties as required
