Condition Report:
The ultrasound system powers up and completes the initialisation process successfully. Display screen, control panel and touch screen menu are in good working order. All system modes including 2D, ADF, CDI, POWER, PW and M are functional and the transducer is also working. The system was tested with phantom and produced clear images with good resolution and greyscale .The caliper measurements are also within the limits. The printer is in good working order. Overall the ultrasound unit is in reasonable physical condition with minor signs of wear. Some of the front panel buttons are missing the labels.
