Duties:
Provide effective Management and Financial information to EXCO.
Planning process including annual budget, 3 year plan and forecasting.
Risk Management.
Asset Management.
Year End Audit.
Company TAX.
Manage working capital.
Adhoc functions.
Salary discussed privately
